Please note that tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your ticket, you may securely transfer the ticket to another person. Go to your confirmation email and follow the steps to transfer your ticket to a different name using the Ticket Spice app. Do not transfer tickets to unknown people outside of the Ticket Spice app. Please be aware of fraudulent tickets.

OGDEN MUSIC FESTIVAL CAMPING INFORMATION:

Step 1 Purchase your camping!

Purchase a RV/Vehicle Camping pass - (the pass that allows you to park your rig), or a tent pass (the pass that allows you to set up a tent). Please note, we have a limited amount of Vehicle/RV camping passes, if you plan on bringing something (RV, trailer, motorhome, tent trailer, pop up, sleeping in your truck or van) to park in the campground please make sure you buy the RV/Vehicle Camping pass.

Camping spots are not assigned and you are parked in spots as you arrive. No holding spots for other campers. If you want to be parked next to someone please check in together.

If you are staying with someone who already purchased a Vehicle/RV Camping pass or tent pass, please select the pass the Adult 3-day Camping Festival ticket.

Please note the RV/Vehicle Camp Pass includes ONE Adult 3-Day Festival Pass with Camping.


Step 2

Buy wristbands for each guest in your party!

Purchase 3 day festival passes WITH Camping for EACH member (17+) in your camping party. This pass gives you access to the festival AND the camping area. The regular 3 day festival pass (without camping) or single day pass does NOT allow you in the camping area!


Step 3

Order your free youth (ages 0-16) festival passes!

All Ogden Music Festival activities, except vendors, are free to youth ages 0-16. Each youth in your camping party will need a FREE Youth 3-Day Festival Pass with Camping to be allowed in the camping area.

Youth are not allowed at the festival without a paid adult.


Step 4 Optional South Campground Parking Pass

Once your RV or tent is set up in your camp spot, you must remove your vehicle from the camping area. This includes RV tow vehicles. You may park in the South Campground Lot ($20 fee) or the Observatory Park Parking Lot (free) 2599 A Ave, Ogden, UT 84401 .

The South Campground Lot is near the camping area and allows easy access to your vehicle throughout the festival. PLEASE NOTE: Vehicles parked in the South Campground Lot have NO IN AND OUT PRIVILEGES!!! For everyone's safety, cars must remain parked between Friday at 4:00 pm and Sunday 8:00 am. If you want to park in the South Campground Lot, please purchase a South Campground Parking Pass. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking spots in the South Campground Lot. Violators will be towed.

The Observatory Parking Lot (2599 A Ave, Ogden, UT 84401) is an easy 10 minute walk from the camping and festival area. It is the general parking area for the festival. Cars parked in the Observatory Park Parking Lot can come and go throughout the weekend. If you will need to move your car during the Festival (Friday at 4:00 pm through Sunday at 8:00 am) please park in the Observatory Parking Lot. No parking pass is required for the Observatory Parking Lot.

Sleeping is NOT ALLOWED in vehicles parked in the South Campground Lot or the Observatory Park Parking Lot.


Step 5 Follow the Festival Rules

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing tickets/passes or attending The Ogden Music Festival at Weber County’s Fort Buenaventura (the "Festival"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: The Festival may have inherent risks and dangers, natural and manmade, including, but not limited to obstructions, vegetation, ponds, rivers, wildlife, electrical, stage, and other equipment, tents, terrain variations, extremely loud music and sounds, lighting and other special effects, and adverse weather, which may cause death, bodily injury or property damage. By entering the Festival site, you acknowledge these risks, and agree to assume the full risk of death, bodily injury or property damage.

WAIVER AND RELEASE: In consideration for attending the Festival, you hereby knowingly agree to waive, release, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue Weber County, Ogden City Corporation, Ogden Friends of Acoustic Music (OFOAM), and their affiliates, officers, directors, board members, elected and appointed officials, employees, agents, contracted workers, and volunteers (the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, including death, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, arising out of or related to your participation and/or attendance at the Festival.

INDEMNIFICATION: You knowingly agree to defend and indemnify the Releasees from any loss, liability, claim, damage, judgment, legal fees, or costs arising from your attendance or the attendance of your guests, and any individuals for whom you purchased tickets/passes, even if caused by the Releasees' negligence.

LOST/STOLEN PROPERTY: The Releasees are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

RULES AND REGULATIONS: Your purchase constitutes acknowledgment that you have read and agree to comply with all Festival rules and regulations.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE: Your acceptance of these terms during purchase constitutes your electronic signature and agreement to be legally bound by this waiver and release of liability. If you have purchased or received tickets for guests, please provide this information to your guests.

Seating: There are a variety of seating options on the flat lawn of Fort Buenaventura: If you leave your seats unattended, they are available for others to sit in until you return. Low-profile chairs and blankets up front and high profile chairs further back.

Shade: OFOAM will provide a number of shade tents to be shared. Folding chairs will be available under OFOAM shade tents. Individual shade tents, tarps, umbrellas or canopies are not allowed in the venue.

Dogs/Animals: Dogs are NOT allowed within the festival gates! Well behaved dogs with supervision belonging to registered campers will be allowed in the campground and must be on a leash.

Dancing: Dancing is encouraged in the designated area to the right of the stage. Please be respectful of others and do not stand or dance in the festival seating areas.

Family Zone: A Family Zone will be provided on the left side of the stage. This will have soft borders that may fluctuate depending upon use.

Recording and Photography: Point-and-shoot cameras and cell phone cameras are permitted (unless specifically announced during a performance). Flash photography and video recording are not permitted. No professional photography equipment or cameras with detachable lenses. Do not obstruct the view of those around you. You may not use any type of photograph or recording from the Ogden Music Festival for commercial purposes without express written permission.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping in the audience. Designated smoking area is located by the vendor entrance by the river. Safely dispose of your butts.

Safety: No guns, firearms, weapons or other projectile items allowed in the park, including but not limited to BB guns, air guns, paint ball paintball guns, pellet guns, sling shots, archery, pistols and rifles. No problematic, aggressive or illegal behavior.

Alcohol/Glass: No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or out of the Ogden Music Festival. No glass! Individuals 21 years of age and older may purchase alcohol from vendors on site, requiring a designated alcohol wristband upon ID verification. NO coolers allowed. All bags must be clear and are subject to search. All drink containers need to be emptied at entrance and exit gates.

Food and Beverages: Vendors offer a wide range of foods to suit a variety of dietary needs, and beverages including beer and wine. No outside food, no coolers and no glass containers allowed. Bring your own reusable container for water. OFOAM complies with the BYOBottle.org commitment for artists and festivarians by providing water refill stations backstage and in the venue. Bring in empty and we won’t need to ask you to dump out at the gate.

Parking:

Observatory Park lot: Public parking is available at the south end of “A” Avenue. Paths between the festival and the Observatory Park lot will be marked and well-lit after dark.
Campground Lot (north): ADA, seniors, VIP and premium site campers only - no public parking
Campground Lot (south): Registered campers only for an additional $20 fee - no public parking. Vehicle must stay parked throughout the entire festival.
Weather: Late May/early June can bring thunderstorms and rain; though average temperatures range in the 70s and 80s, temps could dip into the 50s. Be prepared for weather extremes including rain, and dress in layers. Don't forget your hat and sunscreen!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!

Reduce: Purchase or bring your own 10 oz stainless steel cup to get refills on drinks at Roosters, and purchase a water bottle at OFOAM merch to refill on site, feeling great that you’re using one less plastic cup or bottle.
Reuse: Reuse your utensils and paper water cups.
Recycle: Place your #1, #2, #4, #5, #6 and #7 plastics, unwaxed cardboard and clean paper in our recycle containers, aluminum cans in the aluminum recycle containers, and food waste in the buckets to feed the pigs. Be green and be kind to our volunteers who will sort when you don’t. Glass recycling is NOT provided, please recycle your glass at your favorite glass recycling location, ie Ogden High School south parking lot, 4th Street Park.
Bottom Line: Behave yourself, respect others and have fun! OFOAM reserves the right to refuse access to the festival for violation of the rules.
